Step 1: Mix equal parts of the bleach with warm water in a container. Prepare the solution depending on the size of the affected wood. Step 2: Apply bleach to the stained wood. You can use a cloth, mop or roller, or even a pump sprayer, depending on the size of the affected surface.Once the glue does begin to soften, attempt to wedge a small edge or spatula between the loosening spot and the wood. With any luck, the glue will lift off, leaving behind a small amount of residue. If the wood surface is unpainted, try oils to help lift the glue and help wipe away residue. 2.
1. Use Acetone or Soap. To remove small latex paint stains, use acetone or soap mixture. Acetone is a paint remover and will dissolve water-based paints. A soap mixture (soap and water) removes small and wet latex paint stains. Simply, apply acetone or soap mixture over the paint, wait a few minutes, and wipe the paint off with a microfiber cloth.
Wait 20 minutes. Once the lacquer thinner penetrates the lacquer finish and softens it, scrape it off. Re-apply lacquer thinner to the leftover lacquer sealer. Re-scrape the remaining sealer. Use mineral spirits to remove the lacquer thinner residue from the wood. Clean the wood with water. KQbD.
