Tx. Jun 14, 2023. #9. I had a 16 GT and a 20 SDR. I prefer the GT due to the added wind protection and larger fuel tank. The only issue on the 16’s that I’m aware of was a software update that improved the electronic suspension. The only negatives were the cruise control on the right hand side and the up only quick shifter.
We got to know the 2023 KTM 1290 Super Duke GT, a motorcycle that makes commute slogs far more entertaining than usual, tackles canyon twisties, and even works as a high-powered Superduke spark plugs. I am doing a 20,000k service on my Ktm1290r. I went down to the KTM shop and bought some sparks plugs (I haven't taken the old ones out yet). As you know the Ktm1290r has two plugs per cylinder, one in the centre and one on the side. The salesman comes out with two Iridium plugs and two normal plugs! KTM 1290 Super Duke GT is produced in 2023. Engine is 75º V twin, 4 stroke, DOHC, 4 valve per cylinder, titanium inlet valves, displacement 1301 cc / 79.4 cu in , produces power 175 hp / 130.4 kW @ 9750 rpm and 141 Nm / 104 lb-ft @ 7000 rpm.
